Gortite® Bellows and Way Covers

Telescopic Steel Covers and Engineered Assemblies
- Telaflex® Metal Telescoping Way Covers are custom designed covers for any machine tool application requiring protection of machine ways and screws. With a Telaflex way cover, your valuable equipment will be protected from hot or heavy chip loads, dirt, oil, coolants, and from accidental damage caused by various tools and work pieces.
- Telatube covers provide horizontal or vertical protection for screws, splines and rods from metal chips, coolants, and abrasives. Horizontal Telatubes can be applied to lathes, milling machines, grinders or any other machinery which requires heavy duty protection against hot or heavy chip loads. Vertical Telatubes are an ideal solution for telescopic oil drain returns.
- Lasertubes provide protective coverage for vertical and horizontal laser beams on laser cutting machines; they can be designed for various travel lengths. Lasertubes are also available in black anodized aluminum to reduce light reflection inside the tube.

Gortite® Way Wipers
Fabricated, molded and stock way wipers are made to fit industrial machines of virtually any make and model. Gortite wipers are designed to effectively clear the way surface of chips/debris to prevent contaminating and ruining the bearings and carriages traversing the ways. Wipers can be designed for use in coolant/oil applications or dry machining operations based on the material used.
